Hello,

I know that this camera is not "specifically" supported, but having a lot of available protocols  (TCP/IP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS, DDNS, HTTP, RTP, RTSP, NTP, UPnP, IGMP, IPv6, UDP, QoS) and the fact that I am able to see the live video and could be connected to an NVR, is there any way to conffigure it with cameraftp.com time lapse?

If yes, how?

Kind Regards,

Lucian

While I don't have this camera model, I think most Hikvision IP cameras support FTP and RTSP. I briefly searched online and found it supports FTP. So it should be compatible with our service. Please feel free to try it first. We offer 3-day free trial; after 3 days, you can still extend the free trial by logging into www.cameraftp.com website.

For timelapse recording, you just need to order a timelapse recording plan:

     https://www.cameraftp.com/CameraFTP/pricingfortimelapse.aspx

Then configure the camera based on your recording parameters.

For configuring Hikvision IP cameras, please read the Setup Guide page:

     https://www.cameraftp.com/CameraFTP/Support/HikVision_FTP_Cloud_Recording.aspx

There is a tutorial video in the Setup Guide page.
