Please provide more detailed information about your problem. You can send email to CameraFTP support directly. Usually, we require screenshots of your camera's configuration screen.

Most of Foscam IP cameras are known to work with CameraFTP service, so it probably is just a configuration error. In certain cases, you might need to update your camera's firmware.
